Partner & Advisor in VISIONARY non-profit organization: I advise the Founders on marketing, partnerships and project development.

VISIONARY DAYS is the flagship annual Decentralized Connected Event: a place where thousands of young people across Italy come together to take on environmental, geopolitical, bioethical, and social justice issues, in order to shape the Future we want to share. It happens in one day, once a year. Ten hours of continuous brainstorming, among hundreds of roundtables in thousands of homes virtually connected, to create an unique collective debate, enhanced by inspirational talks. “Lee” is the technological AI-based platform that virtually connects the debate tables where each participant is shaping the Future: it receives everyone’s output, processes them simultaneously and returns an immediate synopsis of everything that was discussed during session. The entire debate, compiled and organized, becomes a Dynamic Manifesto. A book that holds all the visions generated by thousands of young people involved in one brainstorming. Printed and distributed – or a PDF email sent – to all the participants. The Manifesto is the summary of Visionary Days.

PLESH is my latest entrepreneurial project focused on Interactive Tehnologies for Digital Events. Founded in 2019 by a team of Gen Z and Millennials that combines IT, cinema & telecommunications, web development, UX design, video & event production skills and competences. A consultant and production company for innovation and digital transformation in the Live Communication and Live Entertainment industries. Plesh is focused on developing, integrating and inter-operating interactive solutions and technologies for physical, digital or hybrid events. It is also a production house of proprietary content and formats for TV and the web.

Founder and VP of a “Real Life Games” and “Alternate Reality Games” provider, that produces and offers hybrid gaming experiences. Escape-Room Games, Virtual-Alternate-Augmented reality games, Team Building, Cross Medial Treasure Hunts, Urban Games, Secret Cinema / Theater Plays.

The Impossible Society is a fiction game based on the story of a mythical secret organization, devoted to the exploration of human mind and its potential, whose past members were known to control politics, finance and historical events with lobbying and espionage and secret intelligence. The users play different adventures based on real and digital games, to be recruited by the organization and be promoted to higher levels of authority.

In charge of the design and coordination of “Event Management” bachelor’s degree academic program. Responsible for the education, the selection and the overseeing of courses, teachers and lecturers, with direct reporting to the board of directors.

25 courses and 150 students per year.

For more than forty years, Istituto Europeo di Design has been operating in the fields of education and research in the disciplines of design, fashion, visual arts and management of creative industries, offering undergraduate degree, masters programs, training seminars, workshops, summer courses and continuing education programs which are offered in the local language of the school as well as in English. Today IED is an International Network based in Italy, Spain and Brasil with 4 different schools (Design, Fashion, Visual Communication and Management).
